S.A.F.E. Score Framework™ Consulting

Guiding  organizations through the implementation of the S.A.F.E. Score Framework ™ to evaluate, redesign, and build systems that prioritize Safety, Accessibility, Freedom, and Equity. This may include reasonable accommodation process reviews, employee lifecycle alignment, and strategy development. 


S.A.F.E. Score™ Audits

A deep evaluation of workplace systems, including recruitment, communication tools, policy language, internal platforms, and advancement pathways, through a neuro-inclusive lens. Audit result in clear, customized recommendations for systemic improvement for transforming workplaces.

Sensory S.A.F.E.™ Audit

Our sensory audits evaluate how physical and digital environments impact neurodivergent employees and patrons. Using the S.A.F.E. Score Framework™, we assess factors such as lighting, sound, scent, layout, and technology to identify potential sensory barriers. Organizations receive a clear report with actionable recommendations to strengthen accessibility and support inclusive environments.

Beyond Compliance: Exploring S.A.F.E. Interactive Process Engagement

Explore an interactive process with empathy, structure, and transparency. Learn how to assess disclosure readiness, identify opportunities, and prevent legal exposure.


Intended Outcome: Participants will leave with a clear framework to conduct compliant yet empathetic interactive processes, reducing legal risks while strengthening organizational trust.

Disclosure Safety: A Manager’s S.A.F.E. Guide to Workplace Disclosure

Equip managers with the confidence and empathy to navigate employee disclosures and accommodation requeThis session provides a structured roadmap that helps leaders avoid common missteps and foster trust.


Intended Outcome: Managers will leave with actionable tools to respond effectively to disclosures, strengthen employee relationships, and minimize organizational risk.


Delivery Options: 60-minute training, half-day manager workshop, or keynote session. 

Language is Leadership: How Language Shapes Employee Experiences

Explore how everyday language including policy language, feedback, and casual phrasing shapes employee trust, risk taking, and psychological safety.


Intended Outcome: Leaders will learn to recognize and adjust language that influences employee belonging, retention, and performance outcomes.

Neuroinclusive Leadership

This workshop develops leaders’ capacity to understand and support neurodivergent teams.

 

Intended Outcome:  Leaders will gain the skills to lead neurodivergent employees with clarity and confidence, reduce unintentional barriers, and model inclusive practices that strengthen organizational culture.

Thriving At Work: A Neurodivergent-Centered Approach to Self-Advocacy

Empowers attendees to recognize and articulate their needs and make informed choices rooted in self-preservation and sustainability.


Intended Outcome: Participants will strengthen their self-advocacy skills, gain practical tools for communicating accommodation needs, and build confidence in navigating workplace systems.

Neurodivergent Allyship in Action

A training for teammates, ERGs, and managers to recognize, respond to, and reduce barriers in communication, collaboration, and feedback.


Intended Outcome: Participants will learn how to actively practice allyship, strengthen team collaboration, and create safer communication pathways that support neurodivergent colleagues.
