Denise Malone-Cash (She/Her)
Denise brings over 15 years of leadership experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development, with a proven ability to lead teams, manage complex dynamics, and drive meaningful culture change. She is the creator of the S.A.F.E. Score Framework™, a proprietary tool designed to evaluate and transform workplace inclusion.
Denise holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and a Master’s in Business, along with certifications in ADA compliance, EEOC investigations, and life coaching. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, with research focused on neurodivergence, disability justice, and work design.
As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent professional and advocate, Denise draws from both lived experience and deep expertise to guide her work. Through Inclusion by Design, she leads a mission-driven team dedicated to building accessible, equitable, and sustainable workplace systems, moving organizations beyond compliance to meaningful, measurable inclusion.
Anthony Rosas ( He/Him)
Anthony Ramos brings over seven years of experience at the intersection of DEI leadership, organizational strategy, and inclusive policy design. As a former Diversity Manager and seasoned motivational speaker, he has led national trainings, executive briefings, and high-impact initiatives aimed at embedding equity into the DNA of workplaces, not just their handbooks.
Anthony holds a graduate degree in Disability Studies and is known for his ability to translate theory into practice through frameworks grounded in intersectionality, trauma-informed practices, and sustainable policy development. A systems thinker and skilled communicator, Anthony helps leaders and teams shift from reactive accommodations to proactive, neuro-inclusive design.
Lumi Rozona ( She/Her)
Lumi brings heart, structure, and lived commitment to her role as Inclusion Program Coordinator. With a background in education and hands-on experience in administrative support, she ensures our systems are not only efficient, but people-centered.
Passionate about accessibility and equity, she is also a dedicated advocate and active volunteer with disability-focused organizations. Her work behind the scenes supports the day-to-day logistics of our strategy sessions, resource distribution, and client communications making sure individuals receive timely, supportive, and seamless access to the tools they need.
As part of our neurodivergent-majority team, Lumi embodies our values of safety, accessibility, freedom, and equity in everything from intake processes to follow-up care. Her thoughtful approach and deep understanding of disability justice make her an essential part of the work we do to reimagine what inclusion can look like in practice.
